Do I need an account?

No. You can use SportTrack with no account. Your data stays local on your device. Secure cloud sync is optional, if you want your history on multiple devices.

Is there a forced program?

No. You write the plan. The app remembers it, tracks your progression and helps you stick to it. SportTrack doesn't tell you what to do: it helps you do what you chose.

Is my data really mine?

Yes. Local storage by default. Full CSV export at any time. No forced feed, no dark patterns, no sharing without your explicit consent.

iPhone, Android, Web, Wear OS: same app?

Yes. One story that follows you across devices when you enable sync. Edits on your watch appear on your phone and on the web.

How deep does the detail go?

As deep as you want. From "1 hour run" to every GPS point, your volume per muscle group, speed, altitude, cross-statistics and serious mathematical progression formulas. You go deep the day it interests you.

Is there a social side to the app?
